SPF Solutions To Fit Your Needs
Sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation systems are self-adhering, two-component materials, that are applied directly to roof decks, and may be used as an insulation and air barrier when applied to the underside of a roof deck, or it may be used in combination with one of several types of protective coatings as the primary roof covering. SPF insulation is available as closed cell or open cell in varying levels of vapor permeability so coordination with the primary roof covering is required to prevent moisture problems.
Plates and fasteners being applied to fiber boards over top of the metal roof deck. Bad deck panels are replaced as needed. Our polyurethane spray foam robot applies foam at an even 1.5” thickness across the roof which is 100% waterproof. This is creating a 100% seamless monolithic seal on the roof and an R-value of 10 with existing conditions.
Granules being applied to silicone top coat. Granules are embedded in the top coat of silicone for toughness and durability.
